The short version of how we work

Three people, one room, no account managers.

We take the brief apart in week one and show you the two directions worth arguing about in week two.

How we work

Four things we do every time

  • Read the room first The brief is what someone could write down. The first week is for what they could not.
  • One direction, not five The vision is the vision. It is a way of avoiding the argument that decides the work.
  • Make it in on-site Nothing is approved on a screen. Posters get printed, sleeves get pressed, graffiti painted.
  • Leave the system behind You own the IPR. The paintings, the files, the tokens and a page that says how to use them.
